Gringo Taxi took great care of me throughout my entire trip in Peru. I booked five transfers, and they were incredibly reliable and professional every time. They even accommodated an earlier than scheduled pickup when my hotel couldn’t accommodate a late checkout.

One of my biggest concerns was getting around easily since I’m not a strong Spanish speaker, but Walter and his colleagues went above and beyond to help. They even made sure I got on the correct train to Machu Picchu, which I truly appreciated.

I would highly recommend Gringo Taxi to anyone traveling in Peru. Thank you again for all the support!

I have used gringo taxi multiple times to and from Lima airport. The very best Lima airport taxi. Gringo taxi has taken me to and from Surco, miraflores, barranco and many more. Gringo taxi is very professional, fluent in English and I always have great conversations during the ride. Highly recommend!

Gringo taxi was great! Always on time and less expensive than all the others! Drivers were really nice and knew a lot about the area. We had a van for the longer trips and cars for the airport transfer and both were comfortable.

My first time coming to South America Peru. Coming from afar Bengaluru in South India. Have crossed many miles traveled for nearly 2 days. Flew into Lima International Airport. Booked my Airport Transfer with Gringo Cabs. I am traveling alone so all the reviews were so good and Mr. Clark of Gringo lived upto the service. His response time to emails and messages are prompt. My flight was delayed but he was there to pick me up and brought me safely to the Hotel. Great Service Professional. Just go ahead and book this Can Service. 10 out of 10.

Superb and Friendly Taxi Service
 
Really friendly and experienced drivers with Walter leading the team. Met us at the airport with a sign and made everything so easy and comfortable for our trip to the hotel in Miraflores. Was so good I booked him again for the return trip to the airport. Thanks Walter! Whole heartily recommend for anyone traveling to Lima!

The Introduction We Needed
 
My wife and I are from the U.S. and it was our first time in Lima, so we wanted an American’s introduction to the city rather than a sugar-coated introduction from a hotel/tour-connected driver. Walter had insights, advice, and cautions that were helpful to us. He isn’t a white-gloved chauffeur driving a luxury limo; more like an old friend picking you up in his family car and preparing you for your visit.

Reliable, Safe, Efficient!
 
I used this service for both pick and up and drop off from during my visit to Lima this week. I traveled from Los Angeles to Lima for dental tourism. As a solo and nervous female traveler, I was concerned on which taxi service to use. I did a lot of research on the local taxis and services recommended by the hotel, however, I still didn’t feel great about it based on the reviews, I felt like there was always something wrong.
