If you need extra time for preparation or experience delays, additional wait time can be purchased in advance or billed after the trip at $20 per hour (billed in 15-minute increments).

Breakdowns & Replacement Vehicles
While breakdowns are rare, unexpected issues can occur with any transportation service. If needed, Gringo Taxis will dispatch a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible to keep your trip on track.
